Research agency joins software firm

ECRI Institute is dedicated to improving patient care by researching which medical procedures, devices, drugs, and processes are most effective. It has now announced a partnership with Gael to help improve and refine the delivery of the Scottish firm’s Q-Pulse technology.

The organisation's expertise in patient safety improvement, risk and quality management, healthcare processes, procedures, and drug technology is already used by more than 5,000 healthcare organisations worldwide.

Now it will be combined with Gael’s Q-Pulse in order to deliver a superior compliance management system.

Q-Pulse is an integrated piece of software that allows organisations to reduce the bureaucratic burden associated with compliance, as well as manage staff training and plan future improvements.

The software is already used by a number of hospitals and trusts including, Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust.
