Michael Dumigan, Managing Director at the London base, said the move was to enable it to operate on a truly international scale.

He added: "We've put a top-grade team in place in London and we are already working closely with our counterparts in the US to deliver global solutions for a growing number of global healthcare brands.

In addition, Mr Dumigan suggested by expanding into the UK, the firm will be able to better meet their clients' needs, as well as gaining access to new markets.

HC&B works across a range of sectors, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, promoting the products and research of healthcare industry players.
