Zoom Diversified, an American company which specialises in development solar energy technology, could benefit from a funding package from the Scottish Government, according to the Dunfermline Press.
Up to £20 million in regional selective assistance grant funding could be awarded to the firm, which would create a potential 1,000 jobs in the local area due to the move.
Zoom revealed the inward investment funding would be used in its research and development operations at the facility, if awarded by the Government.
