European customers of the firm include BT and Paris-based Alcatel-Lucent, which works in the telecommunications sector.
Tom Ryan, Fanfare Chief Executive Officer, added that the move shows the firms commitment to the "success of its global customers" and its European presence would allow the company to develop new opportunities.
Fanfare claims its products allow firms to become more efficient by automating the testing process and getting their products to the market quicker than manually testing allows.
