Started up in Israel, Extricom is a designer and manufacturer of next-generation wireless solutions.
Now the firm has announced a major expansion of its European operations, with a London headquarters at its centre.
The new London base will also serve its Middle East and Asian markets.
Areas of growth
Strong market reception in Europe has led Extricom to engage in an aggressive expansion strategy for the region.
The decision was motivated by the increased popularity of its solutions among key industry groups, including education, healthcare, and government.
Wireless expertise
Extricom has also sought UK expertise for the new expansion plan, appointing a new general manager with significant experience of European markets.
Steve Northedge led regional sales operations for both Cisco and Symbol prior to joining Extricom.
Getting close to UK partners
This month, Extricom launched a new partner programme seeking collaborations with resellers and distributors.
It is now working with UK partners including wireless integrator Selcoms and VoiP specialist VCOMM.
